Guest vs member
Guests create static QR codes only. A static QR stores its destination in the image, cannot be changed later and has no platform scan analytics. Members create dynamic QR codes, can update the destination in the dashboard and use available analytics.
PDF QR
PDF QR is for members. The file is stored in the protected upload area and the dynamic QR opens the file URL. You can later upload a replacement file and keep using the same QR.
Print check
Use sufficient contrast and quiet space. Prefer higher error correction with a logo. Test at real print size on multiple phones and under real lighting before a large print run.
If a dynamic QR fails
Sign in and check the QR status and destination. A temporary outage of this service or the destination site can affect redirects.
Suspicious QR
Check the domain, do not enter personal information on a suspicious page and use Report Abuse when needed.
