Nature of the service
The service is provided free of charge “as is” and “as available”. Features may change, be maintained, temporarily unavailable or discontinued. No promise is made of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, perfect analytics/data accuracy or permanent availability. You are responsible for testing QR codes and keeping a fallback for important uses.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the QR codes, destinations, PDFs/files, text, campaigns, contact details and other content you create, upload, share or distribute. You must ensure the content is lawful, accurate, safe and covered by all required copyright, trademark, licence, privacy and personal-data rights. Claims arising from that content remain the responsibility of the user who created or distributed it.
Account and dynamic QR
You are responsible for securing your account/password, checking QR destinations, testing printed material before publication and disabling codes you no longer use. Dynamic QR depends on this site’s redirect infrastructure; static QR cannot later update its destination or provide platform analytics.
Prohibited use and intervention
Phishing, malware, spam, unlawful content, unauthorized data collection, rights violations, bypassing security controls or causing harm are prohibited. Content/accounts/QR codes may be restricted or removed for security, abuse prevention or legal requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by mandatory law, the site owner is not liable for user content, third-party destinations, where/how a QR is used, device/network incompatibility, or indirect losses such as lost data, revenue or opportunity. The user remains responsible, to the extent allowed by applicable law, for claims and costs caused by the user’s unlawful content or conduct. Liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory rules relating to intent or gross fault, remain unaffected.
Changes and termination
Terms may be updated as the service or law changes. Access may be restricted for violations, security risks, technical necessity or discontinuation of the service.
