Data that may be processed
Account details such as name, email, optional contact details and security records; QR content, destination, design and ownership data; support requests; and, for dynamic QR scans, limited time, device, browser, operating system, referrer, approximate location and network/security data depending on configuration.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed as necessary to operate accounts and dynamic redirects, manage QR codes and analytics, secure the service, prevent abuse, answer requests and meet applicable legal obligations. The relevant legal basis may include performance of a service, legal obligation, establishment/exercise of rights or legitimate interests. Processing that requires consent is not started without it.
User content
The user who uploads or publishes a QR destination, PDF, text or other content is responsible for its legality and for obtaining all required copyright, trademark, licence, privacy and personal-data permissions. The site owner does not guarantee the legality of user content.
Retention, sharing and security
Data is kept only as reasonably necessary for the service, security, disputes and legal requirements. It may be shared with technical providers such as hosting, email or security services only as needed. Reasonable controls are used, but absolute internet security cannot be guaranteed.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, information, correction, deletion, restriction/objection or other available rights through the contact or data-deletion channels.
